Public trading community
TradingView public chats are retiring. Public market conversation doesn’t have to.
TradingView says its old Chats experience, including all public chats, will be removed on September 30, 2026. Its new Chats experience supports one-to-one chat and private group chat, but not public chats. Traders who still want an open place to discuss markets will need somewhere else to do that.

What changes September 30
The public-room part is what disappears.
TradingView’s announcement is specific: the old Chats experience is being removed, all public chats go with it, and the replacement focuses on direct and private group conversations. That is a meaningful change for traders who used public rooms to watch a market and talk through price action with whoever was there.
WrektView is built around a different choice: public market rooms remain part of the product. The room is connected to the market instead of being treated as a separate private conversation.
What WrektView keeps public
Watch the market. Talk about it. Put the call on record.
Not a clone
WrektView is not trying to be TradingView with a different logo.
TradingView is a broad charting and market-analysis platform. WrektView is an independent market community built around charts, public rooms, market flow, profiles, sharing and REP. The useful comparison here is narrower: when a trader wants public market conversation, WrektView intends to keep providing it.
WrektView is not affiliated with TradingView, sponsored by TradingView, or endorsed by TradingView. TradingView is a trademark of its respective owner.
For traders moving out of public chat
Bring the conversation with the market, not just the usernames.
If your old public room revolved around BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL or another market, the useful part was never just a scrolling message box. It was the shared context: everybody looking at the same move, arguing the same levels, posting evidence and finding out later whose thesis survived contact with price.
That is the behavior WrektView is designed to preserve. Start in a market room, use the chart when the argument needs a level, share the evidence behind the take, and use REP when you want a directional call to remain on record.
Questions traders are asking
Is WrektView a TradingView replacement?
Not feature-for-feature. WrektView has its own charting, market-flow and community systems. This page exists because WrektView does provide the specific thing TradingView says it is retiring: an open public market-chat environment.
Does WrektView have public trading chat?
Yes. Public market rooms are part of WrektView’s community model, alongside DMs, profiles, chart sharing and REP calls.
Is WrektView free to join?
WrektView is currently free to join during its live beta. Market opinions, user calls and discussion are not financial advice from WrektView.
