Terms of Service
Use WrektView lawfully, responsibly, and at your own market risk.
These terms govern current beta access to WrektView. They do not create a promise of uninterrupted service, absolute anonymity, or immunity from applicable law or valid legal process.
Accounts and authority
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining control of your credentials, and for ensuring you have legal authority to use the service where you access it. Do not use another person's identity or account without authorization.
User-generated content
WrektView hosts user-generated content including chat messages, images, profiles, market opinions, and trade ideas. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and for having the rights necessary to submit it. WrektView does not endorse a user's position merely by hosting it.
Lawful use and platform integrity
You may not use WrektView for conduct that violates applicable law or directly compromises the service, including fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, unlawful threats, prohibited exploitative material, spam, impersonation, or deliberate service disruption. Enforcement is intended to follow the separate Community Standards and to be viewpoint-neutral wherever reasonably possible.
Market information is not financial advice
WrektView is a communications and information-sharing service. Content posted by users is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage service, or a recommendation by WrektView to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Markets involve substantial risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, position sizing, tax obligations, and legal compliance.
No guarantee of accuracy or availability
Market data, links, user posts, third-party embeds, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. WrektView may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations affecting the service.
Enforcement and access
WrektView may remove specific content or restrict access when reasonably necessary under the Community Standards, applicable law, valid legal process, or platform-integrity requirements. The platform's stated policy is to prefer narrow action over viewpoint-based suppression, but no term requires WrektView to host unlawful content or tolerate abuse of the service.
Intellectual property
Do not knowingly upload material you do not have the right to use. WrektView may act on legally sufficient intellectual-property notices or court orders when required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the beta service develops or as legal and operational requirements change. Material changes should be presented transparently through the service before they govern future use where reasonably practicable.
