Terms of Service
Use WrektView lawfully and responsibly.
These terms govern current beta access to WrektView. They do not create a promise of uninterrupted service, absolute anonymity, or immunity from applicable law or valid legal process.
Accounts and authority
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for maintaining control of your credentials, and for ensuring you have legal authority to use the service where you access it. Do not use another person's identity or account without authorization.
User-generated content
WrektView hosts user-generated content including chat messages, images, profiles, market opinions, Calls, reputation records, and trade ideas. Users remain responsible for the content they submit and for having the rights necessary to submit it. WrektView does not endorse a user's position merely by hosting it.
Lawful use and platform integrity
You may not use WrektView for conduct that violates applicable law or directly compromises the service, including fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, unauthorized system access, unlawful threats, prohibited exploitative material, spam, impersonation, or deliberate service disruption. Enforcement is intended to follow the separate Community Standards and to be viewpoint-neutral wherever reasonably possible.
Wrekt and Sh!t reputation
WrektView may provide fictional platform reputation metrics, including features referred to as Wrekt Coins, Sh!t Coins, Wrekt reputation, Sh!t reputation, reputation scores, or similar terminology. These metrics are platform features only. They have no monetary value and are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, investment products, stored value, user deposits, or financial debt.
Reputation cannot be purchased, sold, transferred between users, withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts, prizes, or anything else of monetary value. A negative or Sh!t reputation balance does not create a payment obligation. Paid membership or vanity features do not purchase Wrekt reputation or erase Sh!t reputation.
WrektView may award, deduct, reset, expire, rename, recalculate, suspend, or discontinue reputation metrics and scoring systems as platform mechanics evolve. Reputation balances do not create an ownership interest, property right, or guaranteed permanent entitlement.
Calls are public market opinions, not wagers
A Call is a user-generated expression of a market opinion. A Call may include an asset or market, direction, reference price, target, invalidation level, timeframe, timestamp, commentary, and an amount of fictional reputation committed to it.
Calls do not constitute wagers placed with WrektView. WrektView does not accept financial stakes on Calls, act as counterparty to Calls, pool user stakes, distribute pooled stakes, execute securities or commodity transactions through the Calls feature, or pay monetary winnings based on Call outcomes. Call outcomes may affect fictional platform reputation only.
Call history and receipts
To preserve the integrity of the reputation system, WrektView may preserve original Call terms, timestamps, amendments, closures, resolutions, and reputation effects as part of a user’s public platform history. Users may be permitted to close, explain, amend, or supersede a Call without erasing the original record. WrektView may correct records affected by technical errors, fraud, abuse, market-data errors, or system failures.
Market information is not financial advice
WrektView is a communications and information-sharing service. Content posted by users is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, brokerage service, or a recommendation by WrektView to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Markets involve substantial risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, position sizing, tax obligations, and legal compliance.
No guarantee of accuracy or availability
Market data, links, user posts, third-party embeds, and other information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. WrektView may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or comply with legal obligations affecting the service.
Enforcement and access
WrektView may remove specific content or restrict access when reasonably necessary under the Community Standards, applicable law, valid legal process, or platform-integrity requirements. The platform's stated policy is to prefer narrow action over viewpoint-based suppression, but no term requires WrektView to host unlawful content or tolerate abuse of the service.
Intellectual property
Do not knowingly upload material you do not have the right to use. WrektView may act on legally sufficient intellectual-property notices or court orders when required by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the beta service develops or as legal and operational requirements change. Material changes should be presented transparently through the service before they govern future use where reasonably practicable. Material changes to the Calls or reputation rules may require renewed affirmative acceptance before continued use.
